LOGODI and NAPA Revise Their MOU for Further Collaboration

On December 12, headed by Dr. Nguyen Quoc Suu, Vice President of the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) of Vietnam, 12 Vietnamese officials visited LOGODI to explore opportunities to enhancing collaboration in the field of education and training for government officials.

Having signed an MOU in 2007, LOGODI and NAPA have maintained a collaborative effort aimed at strengthening the capabilities of local officials and NAPA faculty through continuous partnership. To date, LOGODI has conducted a total of 33 courses, trained 319 Vietnamese alumni.

The delegation, comprising NAPA faculty members and high-ranking officials from the Ministry of Home Affairs in Vietnam, engaged in discussions regarding potential collaborative opportunities. They sought LOGODI's cooperation, particularly in relation to Vietnamese government-funded training programs.

During the visit, Mr. Gang Hyeon-gu from the National Information Society Agency delivered a special lecture on ‘Korea's Digital Governance Strategy and Cases of Using ICT in the Public Service Delivery.’

Mr. Ryu Imchul, President of LOGODI, welcomed the delegation and expressed his hope that NAPA’s visit would reinvigorate cooperation between LOGODI and NAPA, contributing to the capacity enhancement of Vietnamese officials and the national development of Vietnam.
