Local Talent Development Forum for Exploring Al Mobilization in Public Officer Training

Professors including Ahn Byeong-gyu from Chonnam National University introduced examples from various educational institutions, discussing how AI supports educational operations and transforming the methods of work.
Firstly, Professor Ahn Byeong-gyu showcased Chat GPT to enhance class quality, reduce preparation time by 80%, and enable personalized learning for students.
Secondly, Professor Seo Kyung-won from Seoul National University of Science and Technology emphasized improving educational productivity through AI-human collaboration and the importance of AI literacy education to combat misinformation and enhance AI utilization skills.
Thirdly, Professor Kim Yong-sung from Chungnam National University explained the impact of AI technology on jobs and proposed methods to enhance work efficiency. He also suggested a way to improve public officials' work efficiency through image generation and data analysis with AI solutions.
The forum discussed the utilization and effects of AI technology in public official education, emphasizing the importance of educational data analysis and providing personalized learning. It provided an opportunity to discuss the influence of AI technology on public official education and share ideas for future roles and directions.
