The 17th LOGODI-Tsinghua Seminar
LOGODI held a joint seminar on “Working together for Better Future” with the School of Public Policy and Management of Tsinghua University of China at the Nanum Hall of LOGODI on October, 17th(Thursday).[LOGODI-Tsinghua Seminar] selects the most important joint interests of the two countries of the year and explores ways for cooperation and became an important platform for cooperation in education and administration.

The seminar provided in-depth discussions on various issues including government innovation based on ICT, nurturing of core future resources, and balanced regional development.

The topic of Session 2 was “Nurturing of core future resources.” Professor of the National Human Resources Institute introduced AI ethics training framework while Center President of Tsinghua University talked about changes in HR nurturing in China and training course for public officials at the School of Public Policy and Management of the university.
“Balanced regional development” was the topic of Session 3. Discussants including Vice Governor of Jeonbuk Provincial Government, professors of Sangji University and Tsinghua University had discussions on strategies for specialized development of the ultra-metropolitan area of Jeonbuk and balanced regional development through cooperative governance.
Professor Moon Myeongjae, a general commentator, emphasized that the two training institutes for public officials need to share their experiences and strengthen further cooperation.
As it marks the 17th joint seminar between LOGODI and Tsinghua, LOGODI expects it to offer an opportunity to strengthen cooperation and identify measures for realizing mutual benefits.
