Dear LOGODI Alumni,
I am Nguyen Thi Xuan Tra from Dak Lak province, Vietnam.
I was fortunate enough to have the chance to participate in the Local Administration Development
Program organized by LOGODI. Due to the ongoing spread of COVID-19, it was carried out online.
Although it was not a face-to-face learning environment, my experience with the online training
format was so distinctive to me because it was the first online course that I have ever taken.
I enjoyed all the online lectures very much and was really inspired by great ideas and
successful cases of government innovation in Korea. Moreover, I had the opportunity to
understand more about Jeollabuk-do, one of the Korean local governments, signed the cooperation
agreement with Dak Lak province to promote cooperation exchange in the economy, culture, and
other areas.
Throughout the online training program, I felt a sense of belonging and connectedness. Notably,
the dedication and handworks of the LOGODI team made me feel a strong sense of inclusion
throughout the program. I thank the LOGODI team for their efforts in supporting and offering us
such a program.
I especially remember what Ms. Vivien Ahn told me during the closing ceremony. She said, “Once
LOGODI alumni, forever alumni." In that spirit, I hope that we will remain connected. By staying
connected strong, we will continue to learn and to do great things together.
I hope you all stay healthy and safe.
