The Republic of Uganda
Two years of virtual engagement finally yields results.
Since 2018, the Civil Service College Uganda (CSCU)-Ministry of Public Service Uganda has been
in virtual engagement with LOGODI. From November 17 to 19, 2020, subsequently, the CSCU yielded
the first on-site training for Ugandan officials in an online format, which was operated by
LOGODI.
The CSCU and LOGODI share the same global perspective, which seeks to contribute towards better
governance in the world. Both institutions contribute to better governance in Public Sector
institutions. Thus, I believe that LOGODI's international program is an opportunity for us to
benefit from Korea's experiences for good governance and the journey towards transparent
management of public affairs in Uganda.
During the program, I have experienced a great exhibition of systematic planning, attention to
detail, diligent communication via various means (email, telephone, and WhatsApp) by the LOGODI
Team. There couldn’t have been a better demonstration of 'planning to have impactful training.'
The online training program was an eye-opener.
In closing, on behalf of the CSCU, I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the
President of LOGODI, Dr. Lee In-jae, and the Director-General of the Planning Department, Mr.
Noh Hong-seog.
In closing, I hope this cooperation leads to our mutual partnership for sustainable growth.
I look forward to a strong collaboration with LOGODI in the future.
