Glimpse of Capacity Building with My Own Experience

In life, we always interact with different people, learn from their work, observe their success, and admire the speed of their personal development. We constantly believe that people can achieve success through their own abilities, surpassing their limitations. Depending on the conditions and circumstances of life, people achieve success in different ways and have their own interpretations when it comes to explaining their achievements. Some people rely on knowledge, skills, and abilities to quickly and effectively accomplish tasks.

The development of abilities, especially in learning and education, occurs in parallel with other skills and abilities. The person's desire to improve depends largely on their personal development conditions. Therefore, the concepts of competence, knowledge, and skills are used to express the idea of continuous improvement.

Mongolia is a country with a rich history spanning over 2,000 years, inhabited by a united and diverse population. With the advancement of technology and the development of high-quality countries around the world, the need for well-trained personnel and professionals in the public sector, who are capable of managing and organizing their own countries, has become essential.

In 2023, the Cabinet Secretariat of Mongolia, in collaboration with LOGODI, began a short-term training program aimed at improving the governance, management, and leadership skills of local government officials from 11 aimags with a comprehensive training curriculum.
It includes lectures by experienced professors in various fields, presenting successful models and case studies from the best local government units and demonstrating how to effectively manage and implement public participation in short periods of time.

The program enables the exchange of knowledge and ensuring the timely and effective provision of public services. The program also emphasizes the importance of time management and the proper use of resources to achieve efficient results and improve the living conditions of residents.

As participants in this program, we are fortunate to gain knowledge and insights from the training, which will contribute to our personal and professional growth, allowing us to work efficiently and effectively in various fields, implement good practices, and contribute positively to society.

This training has provided us with valuable information and practical examples of how information technology and communication can be used to develop e-governance, improve public services, and create an environment that promotes the exchange of knowledge and ideas.
