Background and purpose
- A need for community care services tailored to Daedeokgu arose in consideration of
Daedeokgu’s current status as an aging society and in preparation of entrance into a
super-aged society expected in 2026.
- There has been a one-month gap in care services from the service application submission to
the implementation of long-term care for the elderly
- There has been a need for proactive and preemptive support to cover the blind spots of
current care services including young carers(The young who look after their family members
with troubles such as illness and being phsically or mentally challenged.) and family
guardians
