LOGODI ran a two-day training program for Korean local government officials to find ways for regional development.
For the successful implementation of national tasks such as job creation, revitalization of local economy, the training program introduced related policies and strategies required in the era of autonomy and decentralization 2.0.
Ministries and local governments across Korea participated in the program and introduced policy information and example cases as follow:
- Ministry of the Interior and Safety: Youth Employment Led by Related Regions, Citizen’s Participatory Cooperation Policy, Hometown Donation, and Local Finance
- Ministry of Employment and Labor: Local Employment Policy
- Ministry of SMEs and Startups: Regulation-Free Special Zone
- Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy: Local Industry Support Policy
- Incheon Metropolitan City: Customized Employment Policy In the Basis of Regional Characteristics
- Wanju County: Jump-up Project to Support and Grow Together with Youth
