This year, the invitation was extended to its alumni, Korean government officials and other stakeholders.

Participants presented current issues and challenges in HRD, sustainable development, and strengthening networks between institutions under the theme of "New Strategies for Local Government Officials Training in the New Normal Era."
In addition, they shared their cases and experiences on "Digital Training Platforms and Digital Competences of Local Government Officials" and "Resilient Local Governments and Roles of Government Officials Training Institutes."

Dr. Park Sungmin, professor of Sungkyunkwan University, gave a keynote speech, "A Summary Report on HRD Trend Analysis & Redesign Strategies in the Civil Service." Following the keynote, Mr. Kim Yonghae, General Director of Training Department, presented HRD innovation cases of the public sector in Korea. Dr. M Jae Moon, Professor of Yonsei University, moderated the case presentations and discussions of the forum.

"Despite the limited time," Mr. Yoon Jong-jin, President of LOGODI, said, "the forum was insightful and connected. And it was an opportunity to share various cases from each country, discuss together, and find ideas and development plans relevant to each country's situation." Moreover, he expressed his hope that LOGODI would strengthen the forum's network and expand international cooperation to achieve win-win development among the partner countries.

Participants commented that the forum provided a relevant platform to discuss the capacity development of public officials in each country and learn new strategies and ideas from each other.

Mr. Jeon Hae-cheol, Minister of the Interior and Safety, expressed his hope that the forum would be a platform for active discussions to draw up a progressive strategy for education and training for civil servants in the New Normal era.
