Fifteen government officials from the Kyrgyz Republic completed LOGODI's one-week customized online
program, in partnership with the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), from September 23 to
29, 2020.
This program is designed specifically for central and local government officials working in the area of
Human Resource Management (HRM). The content focused on supporting the improvement of efficient HRM and
capacity enhancement of government officials in the Kyrgyz Republic through various lectures and
webinars.
Also, the participants developed and presented action plans a day before the end of the program. The
action plans will be submitted to their government, and then reviewed and developed as practical
guidelines for the advancement of HRM in the Kyrgyz Republic.
In his closing remarks, LOGODI’s President Lee In-jae stated his wish that this program enabled the
participants to implement their action plans, which was developed and completed throughout the program.
He also hoped that their experiences throughout the program would bring up new ideas and insights
suitable for the HRM development of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Ms. Aizada Asykbaeva, Authorized Representative of the State Personnel Service (SPS), expressed her
strong determination to innovate HRM in the Kyrgyz Republic by sharing Korea's experiences.
